phallic party favors, online gambling and the agony of (Nittany Lion) defeat

I'm trying to think of what's been going on since I last posted and these are the only things that came to mind. Which is why I should write daily because I'll lose decades of memories otherwise. Then I'll have to make up stuff to tell the grandkids.

Went to my first bachelorette party that sported a giant penis ring toss in front of the bride (which is probably why they were trying to close us off from the rest of the restaurant). Drank a little too much (I determined this when I saw the pictures of me talking to the band with the giant member in my hand). But didn't drive. I bought a fun little 365 positions book that made me laugh out loud in Barnes & Noble. Plus two books for me ;-). I'm 44 (uh, ya had a birthday in there, too) and I still make up lies to tell the cashier. She just looked at me with a twinkle and said, "We don't judge..."

Made my first little online bets. It was fun while I was winning. Still haven't lost more than $50, but not sure I'm ever going to get my $, so will eventually have more fun with it. The winners the first time around were the Nittany Lions, Longhorns, Cowboys and Jets. Rather fascinating how all this works. It's such a pain in the ass getting money into an account, I don't know how it could ever become addictive.
